I just reloaded windows XP, complete with all of the updates, Now when I log on to AOL, via broadband, I get the following error message. "A full connection to the AOL Service cannot be established Browsing and other features may not work correctly. Restarting your computer and, if a software firewall is installed allowing all AOL softwareprocesses to run, may help resolve the problem" WHAT DO I NEED TO DO THANKS
