First of all I'm just a novice. I've been learning for a short period of time.......
Maybe 6 mos. I decided to down load optimum 9.0. I keep getting dropped or cu off & it seems to start at the beginning every time I try and resume upgrade. It also says it may take up to 4 hours. My computer keeps telling me all these different times . Last time I had 2 hours remaining. Today I had 2 hours remaining another time today it was 4 hours just afew minutes ago it was 6 hours & I keep getting bumped off. I did down load call wave today.
Should I just use a 9.0 disc that I received in the mail. I'm not a new customer so I hesitated to do that as you all have the 45 free days etc.
