Hi I don';t need a driver but I need help with my S3 Prosavage KM133 Video Card.

When ever I go a resolution higher than 1028 x 789 pixels (i think it was), I can't have it on 32-Bit colro anymore (True-Color). i really want true Color with 1280 X 1084 resolution cuz my desktop looks weird. I tried windows update and installed the lastest driver available and still no luck. can it be my moniter? It's refresh rate is only 60 Hertz. Thank you.
