Listen it is very simple... download the official drivers/video tools for Marvel G450 eTV for xp. First install the Powerdesk software.. if it started nagging about no xp logo shit just ignore it and go on with it.. than restart... install the video tools yet another reboot... configure your tv-tuner and your up and running!!

I just these drivers/video tools from Matrox:
Display: 5.82.018 26feb02 (final)*
Vid Tool: 2.10.010a 20dec01 (final)*

At first i had some problems, but now it seems to run without any problems..
