My brother purchased a LAN with Novell 3.12 operating
system on the server. He is trying to run a tape backup
using Novell's Netware backup software provided with the
operating system. He makes his selections, and submits
job and it just sits there in READY mode, and never
runs. The SONY tape drive is SCSI.
Does he need an updated driver, or issue another command or
....... We have tried setting the time so that it
runs immediately. No joy! He did tell me that the
server is running on a 24 hour clock. CMOS update
required?
