You must use the supplied (or optionally available at iomega.com) backup software written for windows 3.1/95/98 or Dos. Tape drives are not going to show up as a drive letter in explorer since they are not randomly accesable. (to a point) you won't want to use a tape for frequent retreval of certain chunks of data.
