Source access for Jumbo 350

I am trying to access my Jumbo350 on a floppy
controller in a C program and cannot access
the device.

I am using the recommandations from
microsoft.

But I keep getting the file not found error.

The docs say this will not work under Win98,
so I have to look for another route to access
the device.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
