Sir,
Since few days we are facing problem that when we are taking backup from HP SureStore Dat8 drive,it is just taking only one cartridge.Earlier it was used to take 2 cartridges.Data is round about 6.5GB.We are taking backup of Lotus Notes R5 server(Built on NT4.0).
Cartidges are of same type.Also mode is normal(not compressed).In logs ,it is showing that size of data increasing day by day which it should be,but time for backup & verification is decreasing as it is taking only one cartridge.
So will you please suggest the solution for above problem.
