Hi,
Our HP Colorado T4000 is under NT 4.0 Server and whilst the drivers have been installed, the device is working, more often than not, when a backup is run, either incremental or full, we get a message saying timer chargeout and have to reboot the server before the backup will run. Has anyone experienced the same or similiar issues, is there a conflict under NT 4.0? or any other suggestions greatly appreciated. Have used new tapes, cleaned tape drive, changed backup routine, reinstalled drivers, created new backup.
