Looking for help in installing a HP Colorado 8 GB External Printer Port Tape Backup. I am running windows ME. My system does not see the tape drive. Latest driver from HP and Veritas doesn't help. Would appreciate hearing from anyone that has experienced a similiar problem and been able to correct it.
