To backup all files (about 1.2GB) takes about 2 hours,
but to do a differential backup of new and changed
files(about 25MB) takes about 40 minutes. About 1/2 way
through, the hardware goes silent for about 2o minutes.
The onscreen software does indicate that there is an
ongoing transfer of data in the files. Is this the way
this is supposed to work?
Another problem is that I have no menu for changing the
tape name. I go to tools, then media, but there is no
name change on the drop-down menu.
Can anyone help me with these problems?
