: : : I would like to change the id for my dat device.
: : : But i don't find any documenation about it.

Unfortunately my jumper "diagram" didn't show how it should so ignore the diagram. Just use the instructions and you should be OK.
**********************************************

On one side of the drive you will see a set of dip switches and on the back are some jumpers.

Stand the drive with the back facing upwards and the dip switches facing you. The three switches on the right are scsi id switches. We will number these with three being on the extreme right, the one to the left of it is two and the one to the left of this is one. On is down and off is up.

The ID positions are:

1 off 2 off 3 off = ID 0
1 off 2 off 3 on = ID 1
1 off 2 on 3 off = ID 2
1 off 2 on 3 on = ID 3
1 on 2 off 3 off = ID 4
1 on 2 off 3 on = ID 5
1 on 2 on 3 off = ID 6
1 on 2 on 3 on = ID 7

Now look on the back of the drive with the dip switches face down. The jumpers on the back are arranged like this: three pairs, one single on the bottom row followed by another three pairs.

We are interested in the three pairs on the right which we shall call A, B and C with C being on the extreme right. The ID settings are:

A off B off C off = ID 0
A off B off C on = ID 1
A off B on C off = ID 2
A off B on C on = ID 3
A on B off C off = ID 4
A on B off C on = ID 5
A on B on C off = ID 6
A on B on C on = ID 7
