I recently purchased a new PC running Millennium ME. I removed my T3000 tape unit from my old unit and installed it in the new PC. After loading the softwae that came with the tape deck I went to HP backup and I got the following message, "Hpbackup has caused and error in HPBACKUP.EXE.". I have learned through using the Google seaarch engine that a Ver 10 of the software is or will be available from HP. When I contacted HP by e-mail they say that the T3000 tape drive is not a supported device under Windows ME. I would appreciate if anyone has any info on price and location where I can purchase the software upgrade.
