Probably the best way to do this is to pull the TD
from the old computer and install it in the new
computer. Then restore all of the data onto the
new HDD. Then you can keep the TD on the new
computer or move it back to the old one. You may
have trouble getting the old backup software to
run under Win98, or may not. Once the data is
restored then you can use the Win98 backup app to
read and write to the TD.

: I have a Colorado Jumbo 1400 system installed on my 1995 Digital
: 900i computer. All my drives are backed up by tapes. I
: plan tohave a Colorado backup system installed on a new
: computer. What version will be compatible with Windows 98 and will I
: be able to run the tapes from my old computer on the new one. Your
: counsel would be appreciated. Ray Waldman
