I called Aiwa about this drive. The guy I got in touch with told me to do the following for the AIWA TD-20001 NS-20:

For Windows 98 the O/S will detect the drive and install it.
For Windows NT use the IDE Driver (Even though it's a SCSI), use the QIC157 driver
For Linux, Call (602)470-1115 for driver support
Need V.15 for non-intel Mainboard chipsets
For Intel Chipset need v1.3.10

I haven't tried any of these yet, but figured I'd post it anyway.

1-800-321-AIWA (1-800-321-2492) Choose option 5 then option 2 and tell the operator what you want.
