I have since discovered that I had been unknowingly using software called Seagate Direct Tape Access. I do not know how I got it before, but that is what I had used to put the data on the tape. Without that software, I can't access the data on the tape. If anyone knows where I could get a copy of that software (it is now discontinued, about 4 years old) I would be greatful.

Thanks,
Aaron

: I put in a new hard drive after my old one died. I have the disks that came with the drive. It said that the driver would install with the software, but the drive still isn't listed. Any help would be appreciated.

: Thanks,
