I assume that your operating system is Win95/98.
If so then the backup software should install the
driver when you install the driver. There are
several reasons why it may not. 1. The TD is
defective or unworkable, installed incorrectly.
2. The TD is an external
model. If so it must be turned on and working
when the software is installed. 3. You could
have installed the wrong software. Like using the
Win31 software on Win95.
In any case you have to uninstall the software and
re-install it, until it recognises the TD and
installs a driver.
