I have the same situation. I was able to run NovaBackup o.k. but it was just a 30day demo. It at least verified everything could work...oh well. I have heard of a program called Direct tape access that was available for a time. But I have not been able to locate it. Keep me informed and I will do the same for you.
Thanks chris
: Am trying to run MSBackup in Windows 98 release 2 using an Exabyte 8200 tape drive on an Adaptec AHA-1540 SCSI card. Not much happening - do I need a driver or is this drive incompatible with this setup ?

: HELP !!!
