: Well - I found the same problem as you (I run Win2000 as well) - and I found that if you install the usb device drivers when win2000 asks for them off the cd, that's ok. As far as the vx200 manager software goes, I installed it on a friend's win98 pc, then manually copied the program folder (c:\program files\vx200) to my win2000 pc... and it worked!
