Miki -
Wangdat is now handled by Tecmar - check their website. I think you may be disappointed. I have had no luck with my 3100 and it ran fine under OS/2. I have tried it with varying backup software, SCSI controllers, terminators, etc. and on good days (few) I get a backup. However, days later the tape is reported as blank, even though I did a restore on it the day before. Many weird messages.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by a driver. I think all 3100's are SCSI devices and operate off the driver for the SCSI host adapter. Mine is an Adaptec 2940 which works fine for all other devices, and worked fine under OS/2 with Novaback software.

My vendor is looking at the drive, but I am not holding out much hope.
