: I need drivers to run a 150e Tape unit on my PC. I am running Windows 95. The unit has a parallel port connection.

This tape drive connects to an Archive SC402 proprietary controller card (Not a parallel port not a SCSI) and will not to my knowledge run in a windows environment (DOS only). On the other hand some later model Archives like the viper are SCSI-1 types and work with arcada software.
The software you might try is Archive QICstream, or Sytos plus for DOS file backup manager (Sytron corporation 117 flanders road, P.O. Box 5025, Westboro, MA, 01581-5025, U.S.A.).
