Hi. Most sound cards will "plug and play" as a PCI Multimedia Audio Device when the drivers are not installed. You should have a driver disk for your sound card, if not then you have to take the card out and see what make it is and more specifically what chip it is using. Go to the manufactures website and download the drivers or type the Chip type into any good search engine.
