After you download the winxp drivers from www.realtek.com.tw, unzip them into a temp folder. Go into control panel and then click on system and then click on the hardware tab, and go down to hardware profiles. find the incompatible hardware for the als4000 driver, right click and agree to update driver, follow this through and click on have disk, click on browse and go to your temp folder and click on the als4000 icon.thats it. it may say that the drivers arent digitally signed but ignore this and continue. i have run this and have no problems. if you run into any probs email me..Brad
