I have recently reformatted my hard drives and reloaded all the software for WinMe and Win2K (dual boot) and now the Acer 620U driver software does not recognise my scanner as it did before. I have tried loading the original drivers and two of the most recent versions of Acer 620U drivers without any success. I have checked all of the cables and they work fine. Can anyone help?
