I have a Scantak 2c which was working fine before I swapped my disks into a faster box with a different motherboard, processor, etc. Now, I get a wierd post beep sequence, which I have interpretted as a clash with video memory. (Award Bios, long and 2 short beeps, followed by a string of higher-frequency beeps until the machine is turned off. ) It is possible that I zapped the card, although I don't think so. Another scsi card works OK in the same slot, allowing me to see a Syquest 135 meg. HD. HELP.
I am thinking there must be a way to reserve the right memory before anything else goes on during bootup. Who has actually pulled this off?

George H.
