After installing the driver for the OCR software on the Canoscan, I can scan a document but whenever I attach it to send in an email, the person at the other end cannot open it. Was wondering if there's something else I need to do to prep the document for mailing? It scans fine here and opens fine here, but don't know how to solve this document problem.
Thanks for any help, including another message board or forum that could assist me.
