The 1200U drivers were made for 2000 or NT. Try using the drivers from the 1250, I believe it's on the epson web page, it should be the twain 5 drivers. You'll have fudge around with it but I finally got it to work after doing a manual install of the hardware. Hope that helps.

: I just replaced my computer with Windows 98 for which I had an Epson scanner Perfection 1200 to one with Windows 2000 (Millenium Me). I attempted to install my software from my Epson scanner which showed it was for Windows 95 and 98. There appears to be no connection to my new Windows 2000 (Millenium Me). Will this software not enter because my new computer is an advance beyond the Windows 95 and 98 for which the software seems to have been developed? Is there a way I can download the appropriate software for my new Windows 2000 from the internet or must I find a place to purchase a new CD that has a program comptible with my Windows 2000 (Millenium Me)?

: Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
