go to the european plustek driver site.. i dont remember the url, but download the windows 2000 drivers for the scanner. run the install, and follow the instructions and reboot. test your scanner, and it should work. i am running my plustek 9630P under XP with the win2k drivers, and it runs just fine. if you have any questions, dont hesitate to email me @ dylan_hoffler@hotmail.com
