Hi, I am having trouble using my scanner with xp windows, which is a must for me. I cannot scan to my wordprocesser. It says, "Cannot connect to P.C. It worked fine when I first installed it, we had to disconnect for some reason and reinstall now I cannot get it to work. What am I doing wrong.?
