HELLO I HAVE A SCANMAGIC 4800P...EVERYTIME I GO TO USE pre-scan it trys to scan and all i get is a variety of colours...no picture comes out...i was hopeing someone out here could help me...and it makes alot of noises to..my husband feels like there is a lock on the scanner somewhere..if possible please forward the correct linkage to where i can find the correct scanmagic....thanks and have a great day :)
