The WinNT driver can be found at
http://www.mustek.com.tw/Download/driv_scanr/english/600iiiep.html

This is your best chance (at your own risk) at getting this scanner to work with XP (until mustek release an XP driver). remember XP is based on WinNT not Win9x.
