Yes, you are absolutely right. I called their service center and they told me that I should learn how to operate a computer because they did not know that there was no driver that worked. Besides, I am an IT dude and know better then them. I will never buy HP again either.
PS: They even told me on the phone, when you buy cheap hardware like that this is what you have to expect!
