I keep getting a error message with my USB 6300c scanner. I plug it in and a message pops up and says, A error accurred while installing the new hardware. I have talked to HP support but have got nothing from them on solving this problem. Has anyone else had this kind of trouble. My scanner is out of warranty now and would cost over $200 bucks to get another from HP. I gave like $400 bucks for this thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
