My name Is Raymundo Suárez, I'm a Mexican Teacher. The School that I work for bought a scanner model SF-600E2 a year ago, It came with a CD-ROM whit the ScanOffix software and a 3½" disk with the Twain Module for Windows, beside this title the 3½" disk says Scanner Utility and at the bottom has the "SF-600EX MAX 2.07 DISK" label. It works well if I install the software in a PC (IBM 300GL) with Windows '95, but when I installed the ScanOffix software in a Windows 2000 PC (HP Vectra VL 400), there was a message because a file couldn't be opened. This was fixed with a PATCH (Patch for ScanOffix Software)that I found at DIGITAL RESERACH web page. Then, when I tryed to install the 3½" disk software it reaches the 85% and then sent an error message that said that it had problems whit the REGINI.EXE file and then I hade to cancel the process. I downloaded the drivers for the DRSCAN30EPP, DRSCAN30HREPP and DRSCAN36EPP scanners model, but they didn't work right. Even I tryed the DRSCANTAK model driver too, but DIDN'T work.
I hope you can help me :-)
