i have an epson stylus 860 color printer and a canonFB629P scanner and Windows 2000. I cannot scan a letter to my printer. The booklet only states Windows 98/95 and it worked on my windows 98. The computer crashed and Windows 2000 was installed. Does this have anything to do with it, and do I need anything more so that the com-puter will send the letter to the printer. On occasion I am able to scan, but there is nothing to direct the printer to print. Please advise what seems to be the problem. THANKS!! Isabel
