No such animal - I have a 4800 as well and it looks like I'll be better off just buying a new scanner. Story is that Tamarack Technologies, the original manufacturer of the 4800 line and others has folded - no longer in business. I don't know of anyone that even has the last set of drivers available online and I'd certainly like to get my hands on the 95/98 installer.
