I am using the Windows 2000 driver that came with the printer, it works fine with XP Home and ZPProfessional. I have it installed on six different computers. Near as I can tell Epson reccommends using the 2000 driver for XP. FYI, I think thr support number is (562) 276-7235, I called them regarding the TM-T88IIP parallel printer and there was no charge for the call.
