I have installed the drivers that came with Win2k (multiple times) and done every operation that these pathetic drivers let you (clean and align is about it) since there's no toolbox. However, when I print, It looks great for about the first half a page (more in draft, less in best mode) then everything starts shifting and it has extraneous dots and marks covering the rest of the page. The text is there, but each color of it (in best mode printing is done by layering colors to improve black text) is shifted a different direction. Pictures are the same way, sometimes only the middle of a picture will be like that, each of the four colors shifted a different direction, with dots and dashes filling in the gaps. Its rather hard to explain, but I'm clueless on how to fix it. There are no other drivers available for win2k, of course, and reinstalling the drivers doesn't help, restarting the computer doesn't help. I'm on a laptop (I'm in college, don't have a Desktop PC)and I'm using an IEEE complient cable. Has anyone ever seen this problem before, and, if so, can anyone help?

Thanks,
Derek
