Hi, I've got a friend's computer that he wants me to fix. It's got a no brand printer card, ISA, that has the chipset (S) ASP AP138B 9909. I think the 9909 indicates the year 19'99' and the month '09' September.

There are 6 different sets of jumpers and I don't have a clue to the way these should be set. Can anyone help us?

Background info:
He got the computer from his Aunt. His Aunt got a new computer so gave him her old one, she doesn't have the document for the printer card. She says she thinks it worked, she remembers the printer working okay on the original printer port, but this broke so she bought the card and she is quite sure that th card did manage to print at least once. She has lost the floppy that contained the README and driver files.

OS - Win98
Printer - HP Deskjet 695C.

The card looks a bit similar to the one found at http://www.namdosys.com/product/print.html. This product uses the same chipset, the jumper information is in an Asian language which is not of any use to me.

Thanks for any jumper settings or driver information you can give me.

Dan.
