well im not having a crashing problem but about every two days its looseing the driver and i have to reinstall. plus for some reason after install it seems to relocate the old driver so then it thinks it has two. after i fix that it recognizes the installed lexmark file as a hard drive under my computer until i restart. then in about two days i get to start over again.
