I've had the same problem with windows 2000 and and FX10. I spoke to Ricoh, and Gestetner and Natsuhita and evidently these printers are not compatible with anything > then win 98se. A workaround is to share this printer from another computer using win98. bUT I DONīT LIKE THIS; If you have any ideas that work, I'd love to hear them
