With reference to your website I am sending you the mail. We have purchased 12 nos. of Wipro EX-2050 printer vide your dealer. Two of them we are using as serial printer which is connected with 1174 Cluster controller. But it is giving us JARKING PROBLEM since long time back. Text printing on the same line. Several times we have informed your Kolkata support team regarding this problem , but they were unable to solve it up. One thing we have noticed that the problem happenings sometimes in the week, specially where it is a voluminous printing job.
We have tried with various option by changing the printer setting. Our current printer setting as follows :
Setting – I
Auto Switching Valid
Printing Mode UNI-DI
Auto CR Enabled
Emulation IBM Emulation
Quite Mode On
Strobe Edge Rising
High Speed Draft Enabled
Page Length 12 Inch.
Setting – II
Zero Select Slashed
Tear Off Manual
Skip-Over-performance 1 Inch
Auto LF Depends on I/F
Interface Serial
Parity Odd
B.P.S. 9600
Vacant Buffer Size 1024
Please can you give us your valuable suggestion by which we can get out of this problem.
