This is a problem with no solution. I like all others have settled for an emulation with 300 dpi as the penalty, but as a business consumer the only recourse is to accept that Xerox will leave us in the lurch and not support all products, therefore is it wise to buy their product. We are now back to exclusively buying HP. I don't like the options but it is not worth the hassle.

: Ok folks,

: I got a real dozy for ya. I installed Windows 2000 on a PC
: in my shop, but Xerox does not make driver for it and
: Windows 2000 does not have a built in driver.

: My questions are these:

: #1 - Is there a driver that is out there that I can't find
: and Xerox does not have.

: #2 - Does the printer emulate another type of printer, thereby
: allowing me install that printer drive and use until a
: more reliable one comes out.

: This one ought to really stump some of you, but I'm hopnig
: someone can help me.

: Email me at your convenience.

: Thank you.
