The trouble with the HP Drivers is you only have limited function of the capability of the winwriter 600. The question is, why does Lexmark refuse to support this printer. My guess is they want you to replace a good working machine with one needing to be replaced every year or so. But I will never buy another Lexmark product since they refuse to provide support when needed.
