If you Dial 1-800-300-4644 you will have reached Panasonic Help Desk....They will tell you that the company that made the drivers for there printers is no longer with them... They are looking for a new software development company..Drivers will become available with in the next two months... maybe if other people such as yourself and I contacted the 1-800 number to complain, we may get somewhere....
