: I just upgraded my computer from windows 98 to windows xp and the hp 722c printer won't work. How do I get a driver for the printer

I've just been to the HP website(,I believe) and followed the links for windows xp compatibility and HP says the necessary drivers are already included in Windows xp and they give directions for installing them. They also indicate that some options such as 'manual two-sided printing',for example, may not be available.
Visit HP's website and If you get the drivers installed and working, please let me know what limitations you experience because I am planning to install Windows xp and am afraid it may mean having to print documents of multiple pages one page at a time in order to print both sides of the paper. Also I've seen on the web that some haven't been able to print in any mode but 'Best'. They couldn't use 'Econofast' or 'Normal'. I'm wondering if this is true. I don't see any mention of it on HP's Web site.
If you have any problem finding the info on HP's website let me know and I'll E-mail you whatever you need.
Please do let me know how you make out.
