When I use MS Publisher 2000 to print high quality digital photos using camera mode, super photo mode or any mode using glossy photo paper as a paper source, there are tremedous color abnormalities in with large blue hues added, and pocked marks most noticeable in the facial/skin tones. This does not occur in standard (fast mode)---colors are beautiful, but then I get evenly spaced horizontal lines from top to bottom on the digital picture spaced about 3/8 inch apart. I have done several head cleans, to no avail. Can you help. Is this a driver related issue, publisher issue etc. I have written Canon, but no response as of yet. If you are familar with this....are there download patches to resolve this issue. I have tried the knowledge base at Microsoft, but have not gotten anything much related to it.

Thanks,

D.
