I had a similar problem last week. The message kept saying the cartridges were't seated properly, which they were.
During the attempt to get it to work, I replaced the black cartridge which was low. Still no joy.
I left it overnight and the next day it started working again, however, the black cartridge no longer works. There are no error messages and the other 3 colours are working perfect. I have tried cleaning but to no avail. Of course. help does not cover this subject.

Has anybody had this problem and resolved it?
