Al, first try to reinitialize your NVRAM. (1)Press the MENU and ENTER keys while you switch on the power to your printer. The display will indicate "PCU DIAG MODE #". (2)Press the MENU key 5 times until the display reads "NVRAM INITIAL". (3)Press the FORM FEED key; the machine should produce one beep and clear the NVRAM (4)Press MENU until your display returns to the "PCU DIAG MODE #" message, then press the FORM FEED key to exit the diagnostic mode. If that fails, your process control unit (PCU) board needs to be repaired. Call 1-800-BE-SHARP and they can tell you the nearest place to go for service.
