: I was wondering if anyone could tell me why everytime I go to print, I get an error saying my printer is out of paper. This happens even if I have the printer cable disconnected. I tried re-installing the printer and driver. I even downloaded a new driver. It seems to work fine on my older computer, but not this one. Any suggestions?

Try changing the CMOS settings for your printer port to EPP or normal or any other setting that your computer has, This lookes like the problem. NOTE! Take note of the current setting for your printer port and be carefull.

Best of luck
